1. Overview

Remember English Card stores all user-created data exclusively on your device. The app displays ads via Google AdMob, which may collect certain device information as described below.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only using SQLite and is never transmitted to any server by us:

3. Third-Party Advertising — Google AdMob

This app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use the following information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads:

Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS)
IP address and approximate location
Device model, OS version, and language settings
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

To opt out of personalized advertising on iOS, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable tracking for this app, or enable Limit Ad Tracking.

4. Camera

Camera access is used solely for on-device OCR text extraction. No images or video are uploaded to any server or stored beyond the immediate scanning session.

5. Notifications

Push notifications are scheduled entirely on your device using local notification APIs. No notification data is sent to or processed by any external server.

6. Data We Do Not Collect

We (the developer) do not collect any of the following:

Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
Location data
Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
Camera images or scanned content

7. Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. AdMob is configured to serve non-personalized ads only when a child-directed setting is applicable.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the new version will be published at this page with a revised effective date.

4. 카메라

카메라 접근 권한은 온디바이스 OCR 텍스트 추출에만 사용됩니다. 촬영된 이미지나 영상은 어떠한 서버에도 업로드되지 않으며, 스캔 세션 이후 저장되지 않습니다.

5. 알림

푸시 알림은 기기 내 로컬 알림 API를 통해 전적으로 기기에서 스케줄링됩니다. 알림 관련 데이터는 외부 서버로 전송되거나 처리되지 않습니다.

6. 개발자가 수집하지 않는 정보

개발자는 아래 정보를 일체 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 아동 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동 대상 설정이 적용되는 경우 AdMob은 비맞춤형 광고만 제공하도록 설정되어 있습니다.

8. 방침 변경

개인정보 처리방침이 변경될 경우, 변경된 내용을 본 페이지에 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.
