Does the app require an internet connection?
No. All core features of LED Board work offline. You can use scrolling text, color settings, and message saving without an internet connection. An internet connection may be needed for loading advertisements.
The screen turns off while the display is active.
The app is designed to keep the screen on while the LED display is active. If the screen still turns off, your device's battery saving settings may be overriding the app's behavior. Try increasing the auto-lock duration in Settings > Display & Brightness.
Emoji aren't displaying or look broken.
Emoji are rendered using the iOS system font. Some complex or combined emoji may display differently depending on your iOS version. Try updating to the latest iOS version and try again.
The screen won't switch to landscape mode.
Your device's portrait orientation lock may be enabled. Open Control Center and disable the orientation lock, then rotate your device.
